Female & Young Adults Empowerment
1. We intentionally, as a matter of policy, source our raw cashew nuts from female and young adult small-scale farmers in the Bono and Ahafo region of Ghana at competitive prices as their male counterparts.
2. Females and young adults who fall within the legal employable ages constitute about 90% of our workforce. They are chiefly engaged from within the communities of our operations to promote decent jobs and livelihoods as our slogan ‘Nourishing Communities’ fosters.

1. Our products are produced and stored under recognized international hygienic standards to promote health snacking and good health.
2. Our production prioritizes innovation and environmental sustainability for critical economic growth and development.
